EXPERIENCE Qnary, Business Development External Project Intern | New York, NY May – August 2018 • Qnary is a mobile application that aims to optimize and grow the online reputation and thought leadership of business executives • Managed the organization of all 62 partner meetings during the 3-day 2018 Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity for a Fortune 500 company. Traveled to Cannes, France a week prior for preparation. o Using Excel, managed daily whether client partner meetings were scheduled, to be confirmed, or cancelled. 10-15 meeting changes per day. o Scheduling included partner meetings, general Cannes Lions programming, company-specific programming, and individual executive schedules and flight plans into a calendar view in Excel and Powerpoint. o Created over 30 lanyards with laminated calendars for client executives • Participated in a 48-hour challenge of creating 9 conceptual Instagram assets to supplement a hair care & beauty client's social media campaign. • Executed over 40 Digital Footprint Audits (DFAs) for leads (prospective clients).
