Más del 90% de las imprentas son de propiedad y controlada por una familia y normalmente ésta tiene el íntimo deseo de perpetuar en el tiempo la obra de su fundador. Para ello este seminario persigue identificar los desafíos y oportunidades que enfrenta toda imprenta familiar y señalar el cómo lograr materializarlos.

E5. CÁLCULO CORRECTO DE LOS COSTOS HORARIOS DE PRODUCCIÓN. El panorama actual de alta competitividad exige de un análisis interno de las eficiencias y de la búsqueda de caminos de progreso efectivos. Para ello, resulta imprescindible conocer cómo se comportan los costos internos de producción. En este sentido, se debe disponer de un sistema de cálculo de costos de producción fiable, ágil y flexible que permita la identificación de las fortalezas de la empresa y de sus áreas de mejora y oportunidades.

E11. PRE-PRENSA: ORIGEN DE LA EFICIENCIA EN PRENSA. Muchas veces dedicamos un exceso de tiempo el arreglo o preparación del tiraje de impresión. Y, por otra parte, consideramos la pre-prensa como algo autónomo e independiente de impresión. En realidad, en la pre-prensa se ha de tener en cuenta las características y comportamiento de cada prensa, de cada producto, de cada tipo de sustrato e, incluso, las exigencias de las demás fases del ciclo productivo. Se considera que el 35% de los tiempos de preparación de la prensa y de sus tiempos muertos son reducibles con una buena pre-prensa. Daremos todos los detalles de esta nueva visión de esta etapa del proceso productivo.

CARLOS ALVARADO Cuando se habla de reproducción de empaques, por regla general hay una serie de discrepancias respecto a la manera de planear la producción; qué sistema de impresión reproduce mejor calidad, por qué y cuándo enviar archivos en uno u otro espacio de color para lograr rentabilidad y calidad. E14. VENDE IMPRESOS EN LÍNEA. Las compras en línea representan el 36% de los hábitos de los internautas y 19% realiza sus operaciones bancarias en línea. Los usuarios están conectados más de 7 horas al día, lo que representa una enorme oportunidad para que las empresas del sector gráfico incrementen sus ventas. Por otro lado, 25% de las empresas en general, está planeando una estrategia para implementar ventas en línea a partir de 2017. Las imprentas se encuentran rezagadas en cuanto a su implementación y con ello están perdiendo la oportunidad de acrecentar sus pedidos.

E15. LAS 5 REGLAS INDISPENSABLES PARA REPRODUCIR COLOR CON ALTA CALIDAD Y RENTABILIDAD INDEPENDIENTE DEL SISTEMA DE IMPRESIÓN. CARLOS ALVARADO Cuando se habla de reproducción en color y los resultados finales en el producto impreso distan mucho de alcanzar los estándares de calidad que los clientes esperan del impresor, por regla general se piensa en buscar otro proveedor de impresos, mismo que puede incluso implicar el migrar a un nuevo sistema de impresión, resultando luego en una nueva baja de calidad; lo que demuestra que no se trataba simplemente de un sistema de impresión u otro diferente. Con este seminario se explicarán y repasarán las 5 reglas que se deben seguir para poder reproducir impresos a color con alta calidad y rentabilidad, sin importar en qué sistema de impresión se reproduzca.

Una frase olvidada por los directivos de las imprentas, que no escuchan a sus clientes, por estar concentrados en la operación y no en la forma de innovar sus productos y servicios para obtener mejores ingresos. Los Gerentes exitosos deben ser innovadores para mantener sus clientes y crecer sus ventas ofreciendo otras soluciones y servicios que no solamente sean productos impresos.
