The concept of this project is that a heavy perforated wall running along the perimeter of the plot. Individual office buildings are situated along this wall. The four and five storey buildings encircle a large park area – exuding a feeling of an oasis in the city. The idea of the heavy wall is to reduce noise from the railway in the office spaces as well as in the park. The wall lends to a coherent expression of the office buildings – and generates a strong impact when viewed from the train.
