WORK EXPERIENCE Grupo Preseleccion Ely / Supplier Governance PMO / Customer Support III - Data Management (Contractor – Procter & Gamble) 04/03/2019 – 01/31/2021 // 02/01/2021 – Ongoing (respectively) As part of the P&G IT-Vendor Management Office (VMO). This role provides support to different users (GBS - GBU - IT) that require to improve current processes/tasks in terms of automation, developing solutions using the Microsoft power platform (Power BI - Power Automate - Power Apps). Data Analytics, data management, develop KPIs, metrics and measures. Additionally, the role manages some other subprocess listed below: 1. SRV Admin - SRV is a tool where the IT Resource Units (RUs - Volume) are processed and approved on monthly basis. The RUs are approved per the Owners and the SRV admin runs the process and complete the follow ups. 2. CSAT Surveys (SOBR and SPMS): The surveys are launched depending of the frequency (quarterly - annual or semi-annual). The purpose is to evaluate the performance for P&G suppliers within the scope of the VMO (Vendor Management Office), such as: Accenture, HP-DXC, Oracle, Cisco, Verizon and others.  Issue escalation/resolution.  Report and dashboard in Power BI.

As a supplier governance PMO, I collaborate with GBS Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Service Managers, Sourcing Buyer and Finance Managers by acting as liaison to suppliers. I also provide training and guidance for engagement process as needed, always in adherence to internal controls policies to comply with company requirements. As global contact this role also requires doing all the quality checks of the projects and ensuring clear communication with all requestors. The role also requires working with P&G supplier contacts to execute activities such as:  Billing / Change Requests  Issue escalation/resolution  Report and dashboard creation in Power BI
