Designed with energy efficiency in mind, our Iso and Iso Pro range of taps have been engineered using cold start technology. Cold start technology is activated by the internal cartridge inside the tap, which has been configured so that when the handle is positioned in the central "start" position, the water that is delivered runs cold. This saves the unnecessary heating of water for daily rituals like washing hands and cleaning teeth - encouraging responsible management of energy and water.
Our Iso and Iso Pro taps are supported with a 15 year guarantee and certified to WRAS Approved standards.

Our Colour Your Bathroom range of taps have been fitted with industry leading, patented design Vernet® thermostatic cartridges that provide a precise and stable mixed water temperature thanks to their dual flow control function. This design feature helps to reduce energy consumption due to a quicker temperature increase. These durable, long lasting cartridges are made from high-quality polymer that resists scale build-up, and have been fitted with a preset temperature function as well as an anti-scald safety function for total peace of mind. Changes to Building Regulations Part G requires that all new build domestic property and change of use renovation be subject to maximum daily water consumption per person. In addition, the Code for Sustainable Homes is a requirement that planning authorities use to grant permission for social housing developments and again, maximum daily water consumption levels must be achieved. The use of flow limiters help achieve these levels.

Low Pressure Gravity systems generally comprises of a tank in the loft of a building which feeds a hot water copper cylinder below.
The Items available to choose from that work with this system are recommended to have a bar pressure that is;
≤ 0.2 Bar (for Taps and Showers on the same floor as the hot water cylinder)
A combination boiler is fed by mains cold water and heats the hot water on demand. There are no storage tanks or shower pumps in this system.

1.5 Bar.
≤ 0.5 Bar (for Taps and Showers on a floor below the hot water cylinder).
A high pressure mains system comprises of an unvented cylinder with no header tank in the roof. In this system both the hot and cold water are supplied at mains pressure.
The Items available to choose from that work with this system are recommended to have a bar pressure that is; ≤ 3.0 Bar.
A gravity system with a pump is like a low pressure gravity system with a header tank and a copper cylinder, except that there is a pump boosting the pressure of the hot and cold water which operates in demand and converts this system to high pressure.

Taps & Brassware
Taps and brassware products should be cleaned with a diluted mild detergent such as washing up liquid applied with a soft sponge or cloth, and then buffed dry with a microfibre cloth.
Avoid using acids, rough sponges or steel wool and do not leave detergent on the products for long periods of time.
General
NEVER use products containing bleach on bathroom products or any cleaners or cloths of an abrasive nature.
