SCOT T LCG A DA P T YO U R V I S I O N

STEP BY STEP LENS CHANGE

1. To start, hold the goggle on the outside of the frame and slide the SCOTT Lens Change slider all the way up to eject the lens.

2. Next, to disengage the lens, grasp the outer rim of the lens and release the two hooks from the slider dock.

3. Insert the single lens hook into the slot on the right hand side of the goggle. Then attach the opposite side of the lens to the 2 lens hooks located on the slider dock.

4. Without pinching the nose area, slide the lever of the SCOTT lens change slider system all the way down making sure it clicks into the locked position and the red dot is fully covered.

FRAME VENTILATIONS ALL-AROUND VENTILATION Frame Ventilation is optimized around the entire frame in order to channel air flow onto the lens, as opposed to the eyes. This technology blocks snow and water from entering the goggle.

FIT FIT SYSTEM The patented SCOTT Fit System is a mechanical adjustment located at the bottom of each side of the goggle allowing you to choose between four positions, providing a customized face and nose fit.

One problem that often comes up with the photochromic technology is that cold temperature can activate the lens pigments. As a result, the lens turns dark also during bad weather. To avoid this, SCOTT Light Sensitive’s pigments are located on the inner lens, isolated from the cold environment and warmed up by the human heat. This makes the pigments only react to light intensity for a maximum performance!

CONEHEAD™ is a revolutionary method of molding EPS foam to increase the impact properties of helmets. The helmet is molded in two stages and features two parts in two different densities, with a unique conical interface. The use of two densities ensures the optimum impact properties can be achieved on the inside and outside surfaces of the helmet. The conical interface acts like a crumple zone around the head by absorbing and dissipating impact forces sideways, as well as radially, offering improved absorption over a standard construction EPS helmet.
