Mission is to inform the current situation in boarding schools in Moldova and to take action to raise living standards and culture children in orphanages. Since the beginning it has taken the initiative in providing shelter and charity support for children and youth who are in difficult social situations and extremely vulnerable to the threat of present economic situation in Moldova, where poverty remains widespread, especially in rural areas.

Our Programs Since 1989: International Children’s Festival of Friendship, Arts and Sports „Clipa Siderală” with the participation of the adolescents from Moldova and other countries. Goal: international cultural exchange for children from different countries. The festival takes place yearly. Since 1996 to 1999, 2003: TV Show for children and adolescents «Starts of Health ”Clipa Siderală”» at the National Television of Moldova. Goal: formation of a healthy way of life at the growing generation. Since 1997: Health shifts for orphans and children from the socially vulnerable layers of the population in the children’s health center «Sparta» (Crimea). For more information visit: www.sparta.md Goal: the rehabilitation of the orphans with a poor health from the boarding-schools of Moldova. The camp functions during the summer time.

Goals: - Development of the society’s involvement in the problems of the orphans and children left without parental care; Involvement of children and organizations in carrying out Christmas and New Year’s festivities in orphanages and boarding-schools.

Since 2002: „Academy of Moş Crăciun” Goals: popularization of the Moldovan national New Year character Moş Crăciun (Santa Claus), improving his status, organization of Christmas events and children’s holidays. Within the Academy operates the service «Poşta lui Moş Crăciun». Every child can write a letter to Moş Crăciun (Дед Мороз, Santa Claus) and get, in response, a colorful congratulation letter.
