Accent Lighting Up-lighting can dramatically alter the look & feel of any space (inside or outside). It’s especially effective when trying to transform the standard look of most hotel meeting rooms. Light the whole room or one specific focal point. They’re a great stand-alone option, but work best in combination with drapery, beads, GOBOs and select special details. Price per light: $35

GOBO Lighting

Custom design: $275

For use outside or inside. Adorn your venue, interior walls, ceiling or dance floor with theme enhancing light murals. Use theme specific designs or display a custom logo/design. Ceiling Lights

Staging Most business conferences will include recognition of their most valuable team members. Creating the perfect stage will often include complex elements such as rigging and lighting trusses, video screens, sound systems, and complimentary design elements. We’ll custom build whatever look you want! Each 4’ x 8’ section: $90 Stairs: $35

Cocktail Tables Turn standard cocktail tables into a fun design element. Wrap with a colorful spandex cover and top with a small centerpiece to compliment the look & feel of your event. Tent Rentals If you’re planning an outdoor party, it’s important to have a backup plan – in case of rain or to shade the sun.
