PARTNERING FOR A GREENER FUTURE

AmCham Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and the US Chamber of Commerce unite to US Commercial interests through COP 28 in the UAE.

Saturday, February 26, 2023, on the cusp of the AmCham MENA Regional Conference in Cairo, Egypt - AmCham Dubai, AmCham Abu Dhabi, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to support U.S. commercial interests in the green economy and to promote the U.A.E.'s hosting of COP28 in 2023.

"This collaboration is an effort to bring together U.S. business executives, U.S. government officials, and U.A.E. government and business leaders to foster a strong U.S.-U.A.E. commercial relationship in conjunction with COP28 while demonstrating the importance of business in driving the clean energy transition and achieving ambitious global climate goals Through this MOU, the Parties agree to advance their mutual interests and create a platform for genuine trade, commerce, and investment between the United States and the United Arab Emirates.
