Renovation of the existing Nissan car dealership (new ceiling, new brand signs, new cur tain wall and ACM panels, interio alteration) + Addition of Infinit showroom along with service shop, service drive-through and a car wash on the South.

Single Family House
A renovation and addition to a Victorian house in downtown Toronto. 2 Storey + Attic and basement. The job consists in the demolition of all the interiors an enlarement of stairs, a con temporary layout for the main floor and an addition to the back of the house for the main and the floor above + a composite deck raised 1m above bachyard grade.

A contemporary house located in a hilly site with 200 sqm building area and 2 storey in building height.
Role
Model this building using Revit software (LOD 500) for an MEP consulting firm, so they can use it as a host for the plumbing, mechanical equipments, electrical equipements and lighting fixtures.

Tramway Project (Corridor)
Project
A streetcar project with 22 typical stations (tram stops) along the 15 km corridor.
Role (Construction phase_P3 method of Project Delivery)
Preparation of construction documents for tram shelters, corridor buildings, grading plans and coordination with consultants.
Tramway project (Maintenance Centre)
The factory is constitued by buildings hav ing a total surface of 30000sqm, divided into: facility production buildings, auxilliary buildings, main administration and electri cal substations.
My role was to coordinate the architectur al scope of work with consultants, subcon tractors and the client.

A small live/work house for a creative client. A two storey building with a 100 sqm building area, located in a hilly site. The spatial program is as follows: An entrance, living space, sleeping space, washroom, kitchen/dining area, storage space, landscaped area, work studio.
Revit skills & tools that were required to be used in this assignement are: two different exterior wall finishes, some visible structure, a curtain wall, interior walls, floors, roof, 3D furniture and plumbing fixture components, two diffrent window types, two different door types, topography and building pad, stairs.
Section perspectiveloft (renovation)
Renovation of a fictitious, existing low-rise office building in an urban setting, and turn it into a mid-rise building. Aspects of the building have been demolished as well as con structed new, with the goal of creating a mixed-used commercial and office building.
The entire ground floor is converted into a restaurant /bar with related staff spaces, offices, kitchen, storage, and its own entrance.

The existing building is a heritage property, meaning the existing facade not te be demolished, expect for its curtain wall entry and an allowance for a new eastern entrance.

The structure of the building has been adapted with four new addi tional storeys on top.
The interior was gutted, all walls, partitions, ceilings, equipment and plumbing fixtures were removed, leaving only structure.
East facade demolished elements
An additional elevator was included, required an expansion of the core shaft, and allowance for all necessary vertical elements, such as stairs and mechan ical shaft.
The proposed building is barrier-free for persons with disabilities.
Terrace viewdministration office building
A complex Administration Office building design study specific to a Ryerson campus site. A seven storey building with an area of 1000 sqm.

Parking level
The building contains the following unique elements: Exit throgh lobbycondition. Interconnected first and second floors having a feature stair connecting these two levels. The stair also serves the third floor.
The ground floor is student centric. Lightwell into the 6th floor from 7th.
First plan level
LEED Silver certification: The project reuired to gain (50-59) points to be considered as a candidate for this certification. Sustainable sites, energy & atmosphere, materials & resourc es, indoor environmental quality.
Green roof detail according to city of Toronto mu nicipal code chapter 492, green roofs.
