1. How to begin

Open located folder & preffered ration files (e.g. 16:9 or 4:3)

Open te files to “Microsoft Powerpoint”

2. Look at a glance : Slide “Main” & “Master” section 01

Slide “Main” section In the Main slide section, you can see all your works visually & can edit everything except master section (Specially footer & picture placeholder you can’t edit here)

Go to “Slide Master” via “View” menu In the Master slide section, you can see only footer & placeholder (also a few elements somewhere), and can edit footer & picture placeholder here.

3. Delete unneeded slides first

To avoid the extra files size & slow works, please delete unneeded slides before start the editing.

Select the unneeded slides & “Delete” them via “Right button mouse click”.

4. Edit master slide : Footer & picture size/position 01

Go to “Slide Master” via “View” menu

Select the Header or Footer & start the editing here.

You can edit & clear also.

Select placeholder & take your mousepoint on any anchor to resize.

5. Picture replace / change on placeholder Mac (Apple - iMac, Macbook, Macpro etc.)

Select the placeholder.

Open located picture folder & select the preffered picture, then drag into the placeholder.

Select the “Insert� icon on placeholder & brows your preffered picture.

Select the exist picture & delete it.

(Just “Backspace” or “Delete” button to delete)

Now drag or brows your own picture following above mentioned steps.

7. Text editing : Replace text, change color & resize font fize

Select the text with cursor & start type your own story.

Edit font size, paragraph align, type face etc. here.

Select the elements & take your mouse pointer on anchor point over the bounder box to resize.

Please select single element & go to shape color to change color, you must select single element if some are “Grouped”.

You can format your shape to your choice with Shadow,1 Gradient, Patern fil,2 Stroke line,3 Transparency 4 etc. via this format bar.

Double click any shape to get the “Format Shape” bar.

9. Icon font replace without losing animation & paste new Copy the Icon (Online)

Go to “fontawesome-cheatsheet” page. www.fontawesome.io/cheatsheet

Copy the Icon (Ofline)

Open the Included icons pptx file or go to bottom of main presentation file.

Copy the preffered icon & paste in exist or new place.

If there is not 1 Font name vissible the icon “FontAwesome” please select it & revise the 2 things...

Go to “Design” tab or “Slide Master” via “View” menu & press the “Themes” tab.

Press“Brows for Themes” via this bottom indicated arrow.

Your will get “Brows Themes” directly via “Slide master”

Brows located folder 1 & Select the required Themes file 2 then, Press Apply. 3
