EDUCATIONAL TRUST NASRA SCHOOL
INTRODUCTION Mrs. Nasra Wazir Ali, knocked at the doors of real estate agents and kept combing the city till finally in 1957 she located this present plot with an old stone house in the centre of a row of dilapidated outhouses. In February 1949, a small seed was planted by Mrs. Nasra Wazir Ali which has now grown into a large tree and is now celebrating 60 years of education. The school was established by Mrs. Nasra Wazir Ali in 1949 with nursery classes in her living room in a small M.E.S. bungalow No. 2 which was a government house. In about 3 months, the living room and the three bedrooms had been converted in classrooms. She went looking for a place to move the school and finally in 1955 she succeeded in renting half a house situated at the back of Empress Market – it now houses B.M.B. school. Mrs. Nasra Wazir Ali and her brother Mr. Zafarullah Khan Malik decided to establish a Trust and transfer the School with all its assets to the Trust which was registered in 1950 and the memorandum was signed.

LOGO BREAKDOWN The logo was revamped keeping in mind the main elements that inspired the original logo.
CIRCULAR LOGO: The circle signifies infinite energy and it provides as a protective boundary
Therefore by acknowledging the original identity the logo has been refreshed.
LEAF: A leaf sheds from a tree in order to allow new leaves to grow, therefore the leaf is synonymous with the idea of growth and selflessness.
CANDLE: If a candle is not lit it does not serve its purpose, it eliminates darkness thus symbolizing enlightenment.
FONT: San Serif font gives the logo a soft and contemporary identity.

The logo sizing is according to the leaf in the logo. Everything is in proportion to the leaf which is being represented by an ‘x’. The spacing in each part of the logo should remain consistent while sizing the logo for different applications.
