An exciting new Level 5 pathway
The ABE Level 5 Diploma in Business Management and Leadership is going to be a sought after new addition to our Business Management qualification suite. It will develop the skills needed to excel in a leadership role, underpinned by business expertise.
The Diploma will be launched later this year to offer a dynamic, skills-focused, modern approach to business leadership We are working closely with sector experts to ensure a contemporary future facing approach that will give learners confidence in their ability to lead. It is ideal for:
Mature learners working in management wishing to move into a more senior role.
Ambitious young learners looking to fast-track into leadership
Established leaders wanting to learn new approaches to business and leadership
ABE alumni - who already have an ABE Level 5 RQF qualification and can simply take any two of the three new Leadership units in order to achieve the new qualification.
As with other ABE Level 5 qualifications, attractive university progression options will be available What‘s more, one year’s studying membership to The Institute of Leadership (IoL) is included This means ABE students have access to a range of leadership development tools, research and resources, that will support their future career and professional development well beyond their programme of study.
On completion of the qualification, graduates can join IoL at the prestigious status of Member and use MIoL after their name

Six x 20 credit units, 120 credits in total.
Includes the four ABE Business Management Level 5 core units, plus any two of the three new Leadership units to achieve the qualification
