How to Pacakge Your Services As A Virtual Assistant © 2018 Kuhn Consulting All Rights Reserved
1. Make a list of your skills Making a list of your skills will allow you to see what all you can offer to potential clients. You’ll then be able to package those services by mixing and matching services.
You can use excel to make your list, a notebook or whatever suits you. Just so it’s easy to see and you can then put packages together from that list of skills. Please see the example below.

#3. Pricing your Packages
When you set prices for your packages you need to take into account all the aspects of your business. Think about your hourly rate and how long it takes you to do the services listed in said package and then You’ll have a base rate for your packages. So if your hourly rate is $30 and you’re working on a social media management package then you’ll use that as the base. If it takes you 3 hours a week to manage a social media account then the base will be $90/ week/ client. Then you’ll look at your expenses, do you pay for a scheduling system? What about electric, internet & phone? Include a percentage of your utilities in every package you create so that you’re covering your expenses as a business as well. So your formula ends up being: Base rate x hours per week + Scheduling System expense + (percentages of electric, internet & phone) + taxes = Package rate
