__Oversee and Produce all major projects for SHOWstudio and Nick Knight from conception to delivery

__Lead a full team across Film, editorial, Design to ensure every aspect of a project is met .

__Working closely with the Creative Director, Directors & Photographic Assistants to provide essential support to a high performing team, to ensure the smooth running of a busy studio and online platform.

__Working with all members within the team, as well as high-proﬁle contributors, ensuring strong communication skills to ensure delivery against tight deadlines.

__Produce any projects as directed by the creative director to ensure the vision is materialised.

__Lead post-production on all projects delivering to external clients on time.

__Manage all budgets regarding the internal runnings of the Studio.

__Overseeing and tracking day-to-day studio production workﬂow and KPI schedule ‒ managing the scheduling and tracking process across styling, photography, video and retouch teams. Responsible for implementing all in-house projects, briefs and reshoots as requested. Inc brand exclusive and launch projects.

__Responsible for Speed to Site reporting managing Key stake holders expectations.
