ABILASH MIKHAIL LOBO GRAPHIC DESIGN PORTFOLIO
Born on 2nd October, 1991, in a quiet part of Karnataka, India called Mangalore, I was second in line after my brother. I grew up with the generic dream of my generation - to be a pilot/doctor/engineer.
From a very young age, I enjoyed traveling and by the age of 3, I had traveled within Karnataka and Maharashtra along with my family. Toys, of any kind, were my favorite and I had developed an interest towards reading encyclopedias (or I think just looking at the pictures) by the age of 9.
Got my first computer at age 11 and my interests in life were reciprocating on the computer. I started playing computer games - first being the ever popular Pac-Man.

Studied at Christ University, Bangalore for my Bachelors in Commerce but I lacked sufficient passion in the field. I wanted to be good at something which I like and that was designing. I made the switch after I graduated from college to design in July, 2013.
I had learnt Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects among other softwares on my own but never possessed the skills to create something from scratch or without referring tutorials. I wanted guidance and hence, I joined Raffles Millennium International, Bangalore.
My main interests are digital illustrations and typography. I prefer working on the computer rather use paper but if the need arises for something which is very difficult to be created on a computer, I tend to sketch on paper and scan it. I believe that the more the amount of detail on something, the more intricate it is, the better it looks.

If I could rank my skills, I place Adobe Illustrator in the first place followed by Photoshop and Indesign finishing up at the top three.
