When we talk about food, there are no compromises. Carpaccio made with Adriatic tuna, lobster, fresh oysters, beef steak with fresh Istrian truffles, “gregada” with fresh fish, homemade bread without additives from the bread oven. You just have to make a choice and let us do the rest. All our ingredients are fresh, their quality is indisputable.
