Akhilesh Yadav has proved that Congress should not rely only on Rahul Gandhi whose "charm" seems to have failed to impress the people of Uttar Pradesh. Congress did not get any stand in the state where Samajwadi Party got majority. It was a personal loss to the Gandhi scion.
