Motion Technology, Inc (MTI) first introduced the Autofry Model FFG-10 in the spring of 1990, and has not looked back. Autofry Models MTI-10X/XL

An excellent entry level model, the MTI-5 is ideally targeted toward the bar and tavern market. The smallest Autofry model, with a 2 lb (0.91 kg) fry basket, the compact design is “bartender friendly” and can allow a tavern

to keep the kitchen open all night serving high profit appetizers to complement their drink selection. The MTI-5 is available in single phase electric, with 208/240v and with a choice of either 2.9kW or 4.8 kW heating element.

This countertop workhorse is a favorite amongst multi-units or chains and is geared toward higher volume locations such as pizzerias and movie theatre concession stands. Each side is equipped with a 3 lb (1.36 kg) fry basket (6 lb or 2.72 kg total capacity) that operate completely independently from each other. This allows an operator to have only one side on during slower periods and the option to turn both sides on during peak hours. This also alleviates any concern about mixing the foods in the same oil if a customer has a food allergy. The MTI 40C is available in single or three phase electric, with 208/240v or 415v and a choice of either a 9.6kW, 12kW, 14.4 kW, or 16.4 kW total heating element.

Our most popular model, the MTI-10X/XL is ideally suited for the convenience store and QSR. This compact, countertop design comes equipped with a 4 lb (1.81 kg) fry basket. To further meet your

customer’s needs, the 10X/XL is available to dispense on either the right (default) or left side. It is also available in both single and three phase electric, with 208/240v or 415v and a choice of a 5.7kW, 7.2kW or 8.5kW heating element.

MTI-40E Our largest deep frying system, this dual basket, floor model is designed for the highest traffic accounts such as movie cinemas, airports, sports stadiums and more. The MTI 40E comes equipped with two 4 lb (1.81 kg) fry baskets (8 lb or 3.62 kg total capacity). Similar to the MTI 40C, it offers the ability to operate each side independently to accomodate more complex food preparation needs. Built for high use, the MTI 40E comes standard with a MirOil manual oil filtration system, or can be ordered with an optional semi-automated oil filtration system that fits beneath the machine. The MTI 40E is available in both single and three phase electric, with 208/240v or 415v and a 12kW total heating element.
