ocated opposite the West Pier on the ground floor outcrop of the Hilton Metropol, this seaside dining retreat has uninterrupted sea views that can be enjoyed from the inside via its glass fronted windows, and for when the temperatures rise, outside on its vast outdoor terrace
which boasts amazing views of the Skeleton of the West Pier and i360. The luxurious interior of the restaurant consists of striking rustic-meets-industrial décor, in which no expense has been spared. Bare brick walls are sparsely adorned with a grandiose wine rack and the odd west-pier design blueprint, rustic iron downlights and stylish comfy teal leather backed chairs. The ambitious, cleverly designed and easy to navigate menu depicts a whole host of tantalising seafood small plates with delicious offerings such as charred scallops in Café de Paris butter with pickle, lemon and edamame, and grilled octopus, in XO, with seaweed and pomegranate. Irresistible seafood mains like Barbecued Cornish Monkfish and Loch Duart Salmon, as well as singed meaty offerings from the Josper Grill such as dry-aged ribeye steaks. The menu also boasts vegetarian dishes which could tempt even the most ardent carnivore.
