The 185 expansive suites at 7Pines are set in sprawling gardens in a village-style resort. The open plan one- and two- bedroom accommodations enjoy an abundance of natural light, are furnished in a refreshing contemporary yet comfortable design and neutral tones with turquoise accents that ooze serenity and style. The resort is separated into three distinct areas: The Laguna, Ibicenco Village and the Cliff.

Located in a quiet part of the resort is The Laguna, a collection of 42 suites each with terraces or balconies, and a central lagoon-style swimming pool with its own chiringuito-style bar. With a suggestive Nordic touch and classical inspirations, chef Andrés Fernández reveals his dreamlike world via new seasonal menus for 2023, thanks to his brilliant creative ability.

This season, The View will offer two new unique tasting menus for visitors to choose from, including one vegetarian menu. Tasting menu highlights will include a Red Mullet with carrot and escabeche sauce; tuna otoro with caviar and avocado; mushroom ravioli with spinach and black summer truffle; and stacciatella di bufala with aubergine and pomegranate. An extensive selection of fine Spanish and international wines from the resort’s lovingly curated wine cellar complement the menus, with wine-pairings available.

This year, The View will be offering new gastronomic experiences, including visiting Michelin-starred Chef events. A carefully curated selection of chefs will be visiting The View to cook alongside Executive Chef Andrés Fernández and craft a spectacular one-nightonly dinner menu for a memorable gastronomic experience. The first Four Hands Dinner will take place on the 28th May with Chef David Rearte from the island’s popular tapas restaurant, Re.Art, creating a gastronomic multi-course small plate menu. Two Michelin-starred Chef Syrco Bakker will be visiting from his restaurant, Pure C, in The Netherlands to create a special Zeeland-Mediterranean fusion inspired tasting menu on the 11th June.
