The main restaurant at this utopian resort is Mimos, where you can delight in the best of Italian-Mediterranean cuisine. You can enjoy wood-fired pizzas and an exquisite menu both in the restaurant area and by the hotel pool. Open from 8.00 to 23:00, Mimo's Restaurant offers breakfasts, lunches and dinners, with Neapolitan pizzas, meat and fish dishes all freshly prepared. Guests are invited to spend the day by the pool, taste the signature cocktails, including Lavender Mojitos and Strawberry Coladas and sangrias, and enjoy the cuisine - you needn’t even move from your hammock!

The à la carte breakfast is for early risers and unhurried sleepers and always available from 8:00 to 12:00 pm.
