Villa Mercedes is one of the most beautiful, romantic and iconic restaurants on the island of Ibiza. Located in the marina of San Antonio, the place enjoys an exceptional location and privileged views of the sea. Villa Mercedes was built in 1901 and to this day it retains its essence: that of the Mediterranean. The space is spacious and at the same time cozy, as it has different areas where celebrate special occasions, events and weddings; or a romantic dinner for two by candlelight. With a gastronomic proposal inspired by the Mediterranean, the menu offers a wide range of grilled meats and fish, signature tapas and original cocktails that will put the finishing touch to an unforgettable evening.

The garden can accommodate intimate tables and reunion tables. Cacti, yuca, palm trees and ferns surround the diners, whilst live music often adda that extra magic to the evening.

Flavour and precision are the very heart of the menu. Villa Mercedes are passionate about food and this can be felt with every mouthful of the Mediterranean-Fusion menu. Specialities from the grill include ‘Grilled squid with parsley and garlic sauce,’ their infamous ‘Chilean Wagyu burger’ and ‘Smoked seafood rice’ from the bbq. Exquisite cocktails are served al fresco and the service is impeccable. Every season, the team at Villa Mercedes introduce new dishes and cocktails to surprise their regular guests. The menu is yet to be announced for 2023, but last year, dishes such as 'Angus Picanha (smoked cured ham) served with broccolini and sweet potato mash,’ ‘Mussels in tomato and kimchee sauce’ and the ‘Quinoa salad’ proved very popular with the guests.
