How to sign up a retailer

• Sales Rep will review Frazil programs with pre-qualified retailers • Retailers sign Frazil agreement • Frazil agreement is sent to Distributor’s Food Service Manager (FSM) • FSM sends agreement to Frazil • Frazil coordinates the installation directly with the retailer

Requirements

• All product dispensed from this machine must be purchased from distributor and on a consistent basis. • Retailer must have a minimum of $1400 in weekly non-tobacco sales • Store targeting list will be provided by infoBate • Purchase 20 cases per year minimum • Must use all Frazil branded cups • Must display Frazil marketing materials • Case sales will be audited 6 months after placement and annually there after • If retailer fails to comply with requirements Frazil reserves the right to remove the equipment

Good afternoon Win, I appreciate you letting me take part in the conference call with Frazil on Monday. As I discussed with y’all on the phone; Frazil has been a great addition to our portfolio since we brought it in back in February of this year. To date we have more than tripled the machine count in our market since transitioning from Alligator Ice and our year over year case sales are up 78%. As we all know, having a free equipment option for our retailers now a days that still carries great margins for them (and us) is pretty hard to come by. Frazil has given our customers that option and a great number of them have taken advantage of it! As far as the equipment and product goes, the vivid colors/flavors and excellent POS all help to draw attention to the beverage counter for the initial sale and the quality of the product has been keeping the consumers coming back for more. We’ve had a handful of locations that started out with just one machine and within a few months have had a second or third machine installed in order to meet demand. Ultimate Sales and Marketing (specifically our rep, Bennie Hancock) along with Frazil made the transition itself as seamless as it possibly could have been. The rebranding of the machines was flawless and surprisingly enough we had very little push-back from any of our existing retailers. Especially now that they are selling more product! The local support; sales meeting attendance, direct contact with my sales team, consistent corporate calls, etc. that we now have from Ultimate that we did not have from our previous supplier has helped out tremendously to the success of this program at Brenham. And I haven’t even touched on the savings we’ve seen by not having to handle service calls for machines that are down! Bottom line…This program has more than exceeded our expectations and I would encourage all of the WAM members to at least give them a long hard look.
