The Cominox 24BHD meets, and in many cases exceeds all of the relevant Australian standards and the European standards applicable to benchtop sterilization.

What warranty period applies to this sterilizer?

The Cominox 24BHD comes with a 12 month full warranty period, this can be optionally extended for a further 12 months (see page 14) with a standard outright purchase. When renting your Cominox 24BHD, with Full Maintenance Coverage, your steriliser is covered for the life of the rental.

How easy is the sterilizer to use?

The Cominox 24BHD comes with pre-programmed smart cards (called SteriCards) that carry all the information you need to make running a cycle as simple as shutting the door and pushing one button. The LCD interface screen lets you view and configure any aspect of the sterilizer’s usability, without compromising its integrity and compliance to standards – and that’s only if you really want to. The LCD screen makes the guesswork associated with running a sterilizer a thing of the past.

What happens if something goes wrong?

The Cominox 24BHD has a national network of fully trained and qualified Authorised Service Agents to support it. If, however unlikely, something does go wrong with your Cominox 24BHD, there is a service agent assigned to you with a pre-arranged service level agreement in place, so you know what’s happening upfront. The LCD display on your Cominox 24BHD allows both you and the technician to know exactly what the status is at a glance. Additionally, the Cominox 24BHD can be configured in multiple ways (including wifi) to be remotely diagnosed so that the service technician can arrive with the right parts and is more likely to be able to make any adjustments or repairs onsite. Paperless Options The Cominox 24BHD comes with a built-in SterilCard system as a standard option. This feature allows you to store cycle records using smart card technology as well as providing an additional layer of security to cycle integrity.

Cominox Reader

To really embrace paperless operation and maximise the benefits of the SterilCard system you can add either or both of the following options:

The Cominox Reader allows you to transfer cycle records, stored on your SterilCard, to your PC. The Cominox Reader software will also manage maintenance procedures, archiving and enable plain paper printing (should it be required) along with record keeping of service history.

Cominox Wizard Independent of the SteriCard system, the Cominox Wizard enables direct connection of your Cominox 24BHD to your PC for real time record keeping. The Cominox Wizard also enables you to plot cycles and perform post cycle analysis. Additionally, you can manage maintenance procedures, archiving and enable plain paper printing (should it be required) along with record keeping of service history.

The Cominox Wizard enables the real time management of multiple Cominox Steriliers and, with the addition of an additional optional extra, can be configured to run via your Ethernet or Wireless Network.
