ACCESSline is the newspaper for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and HIV+ communities in America's Heartland, covering Iowa, Western Illinois, Nebraska, and beyond. ACCESSline started in 1986 as a publication by ACCESS (A Concerned Community for Education, Safer-sex and Support) in Northeast Iowa.
