Flooded with light The fully glazed structure, supported by a super-light black steel, allows light to flood the studio space. Ceiling and walls allow streams of light to enter the interior of the studio, while the level of light can be controlled by the use of automatic rolling screens. The interior is wrapped in light-colored microcement on the floor and walls, which allowed the designers to introduce colorful pieces without complicating the vision of the whole. The microcement is continuous and has no joints, and is practical for cleaning. artists. Mobile tables contain space for storage, boxes, brushes, and all kinds of items that need to be ordered in a functional way. Some of the furniture was created to be customized by artists, such as doors that are now large collages. Cool and comfortable The great challenge of the project was the insulation and interior fittings. In order to ensure sufficient comfort inside the atelier—a space with lots of glass exposed to sunlight, where the temperature inside could become very high in hot weather—it was important to fit reliable air-conditioning. The climate installation and solar screens were automated by connecting them to a weather sensor. Screens were designed to filter the heat and retain privacy.
