在设计中,我们将文化与方正贯彻于设计的每一步。塔楼的设计源于中国古 建中密檐塔的轮廓造型与传统建筑窗花艺术结合,以套方为母题进行形式切 割,用两个正方相叠,逐级退层,以黄金比例控制虚实对比,生成最终的形体。
裙房古玩城的设计异于寻常市场风格,营造出博物馆的气质,彰显传统文化
底蕴 :九开间中轴对称,主体暖色石材,入口处立柱与两侧正方体块凸显 气势、柱顶大红色企业标识图腾、8片打磨后的汉白玉在灯光下尽演曼妙轻 柔。此外,方案以九为基本模数,塔楼平面45米见方,裙房正面九跨开间, 高36米,装饰构架也多以九为基本模数组合。究其缘由,也是取自中国传 统文化中对九这个大数的尊崇。1
初次汇报后,业主评价“这是首次有设计 团队的第一轮成果与我的想法契合度在90%以上”。回来后我们分析,这 次成功相当一部分得益于设计方向的精准判断。
作为正和集团定制的地标,彰显当地经济文化腾飞的同时,也将作为正和 企业精神的象征,赫赫屹立于黄河之巅。为了在270米高度上打造独一无 二的天际线标志,我们特别设计了一条金色 2 的光泉,自顶直贯入底,在城 市与山峦的轮廓起伏中,如同黄河之水天上来。设计点亮的不仅是天际线, 还有兰州人和正和人心中的文化信仰。文化与文物不同,文化始终鲜活地存 在于创造中,建筑师除了价值创造,也有责任担当这份文化创造的义务。
目前项目仍在等待完成用地范围内多处拆迁工作,在项目具备条件后,成一 将继续不断深化设计,将其打造成兰州中心区的地标性建筑群。
Resonating With Owners in Customized Design
We integrate culture and founder into every step. The tower design was derived from combination of the contour of Miyan Tower and art of window flower of traditional architecture. The form of square was used as the motif for cutting. Two squares were stacked one on top of the other and the layers were retreated step by step. We control contrast between fake and reality by golden ratio and final shape generates. Pimply antique city that is different from the style of usual markets creates atmosphere of the museum and highlights heritage of traditional cultures: It is axisymmetrical in nine rooms. The main body is made of warm-colored stone. The columns at the entrance and the cubes on both sides highlight momentum. The red logo totem of the corporation on the top of column and eight white polished marbles appear gracefully and softly under light. Besides, the program is based on the combination of number 9 as the basic module. The tower is 45 meters square. Nine-story podium whose height is 36 meters open front. Decorative framework also uses 9 because of the respect to it in Chinese traditional culture. After the initial report, owners commented that "It is the first time that the achievement of the first round of the design team meets my more than 90% goal." Then we analyzed that the success was considerably due to precision of design direction.
The landmark that is customized by Zhenghe Group highlights advancement of economy and culture of the region serve as a symbol of corporate spirit, standing majestically on the top of Yellow River. To create a unique mark of skyline at a height of 270 meters, we have specially designed a golden light spring that runs straight from top to bottom, which likes that Yellow River comes from heaven in the ups and downs of the contour of cities and mountains. It is not only skyline that is lightened up by design, but cultural beliefs in Lanzhou and Zhenghe. Unlike cultural relics, culture is always alive in creation. Architects also have responsibility to create cultures.
Nowadays, the project is waiting for completion of several demolition work within the scope of land using. Chengyi will continue to deepen its design and build it into an architectural complex that is the landmark in the center of Lanzhou.

注:

2 兰州,始建于公元前86年。据记载,因初次在这里筑城时挖出金子,故取名金城。此外, 还有一种说法是依据兰州城群山环抱,固若金汤,因此取“金城汤池”的典故,命名为金 城,喻其坚固。

2 Lanzhou was built in 86 BC. According to the records, Lanzhou was named Gold City because it was dug up for gold when it was first built here. In addition, there is another understanding that the city of Lanzhou is surrounded by mountains, as strong as iron, which is the literary quotation of "Iron Bastions". The name of Gold City means firmness.

地块分析 Block Analysis
外科手术式的改造
该地块形状较为特殊:一期用地狭长,长330米,最宽处仅80 米,长宽 比不足1:4。不仅如此,地块被一条20 米宽规划道路划分为南北两块,南 地块被冷库切分为三段;北地块较规整,但可新建面积仅占总用地1/5。面 对军工路,设计不仅需考量视线被高架遮挡后的形象问题,依据上位规划要 求有20 米宽的绿化退界,建设范围被进一步压缩。
地块内原先有大量临时市场及设备用房,拥簇着冷库主体建筑。三座冷库是 三个高约30 米、长宽约37 米的混凝土建筑,外墙厚1.5 米,开窗面积不 足0.1%,由于文保条例要求,外墙立面不得改动,这就导致如果不通过人 工照明,内部将是完全封闭的黑空间,这与偏公共性的功能设定存在有矛盾。 冷库内部是6 米柱网下的无梁楼板结构,层高为4~4.5 米不等,留有设备、 管道的遗构,让空间更加幽暗而狭促。从发黄的设计存档图纸中可以看出, 这些冷库是特殊时期为了储存物资而兴建,并不适合新时代背景下功能的使 用要求。
Surgical Reconstruction
The shape of the plot is rather special: The land of the first phase is long and narrow, with a length of 330 meters and 80 meters at the widest point, whose aspect ratio is less than 1:4. Nay, the plot was divided into two blocks, the north and the south, by a 20-meter-wide planning road. The south block was divided into three sections by the cold storage. The north block was more regular, but the newly-built area accounted for only one-fifth of the total land. Facing the military road, the design needs to consider the image problem that the line of sight is obstructed by elevated bridge. According to the superior planning requirements of a setback line of greening of 20-meter width, the scope of construction is further compressed.
There were a large number of temporary markets and equipment rooms in the plot and the main building of the cold storage was clustered. The three cold storages are three concrete buildings with a height of about 30 meters and a length and breadth of about 37 meters. The thickness of outer wall is 1.5 meters and the area of opened window is less than 0.1%. Due to the requirements of conservation regulations, the facades of the external walls must not be altered, which leads that the interior will be a completely closed black space without artificial lighting, which is in contradiction with the setting of partially public functions. The interior of the cold storage is a beamless floor structure under a 6-meter column grid, with a floor height of 4m to 4.5m. The left structure of equipment and pipes make the space more dim and narrow. It can be seen from the archived and yellowed drawing of the design that these cold storages that were built for the purpose of storing materials in a special period are not suitable for the use requirements of the functions in the new era.

在内外空间都极为局促的环境下,设计首要解决的就是空间发展的策略问 题。由于规划条件的约束,让空间向上发展几乎是唯一的选择。我们通过前 后七轮对场地的考察,最后确立了“外科手术式”的改造策略,以最大可能 保存建筑的整体性,将新体量从顶部置入,结合屋顶的生态农场及餐饮业态 置入,形成“空中花园餐厅”,同时顶部“光廊”结合以LED技术形成夜 间中环的壮丽标识。
以体量对话城市,形成整体性与地标性的印象。以空间叙事内容,创造独有 的体验与场所印记。以文化链接企业,塑造强烈的品牌价值感与企业价值观。 我们尝试在产业导入的基础上结合以上三点,完成新旧建筑的统一与场地的 再生。
In an environment where both interior and exterior spaces are extremely cramped, the primary solution to the problem of design is the strategy of spatial development. Due to the constraint of conditions of program, it is nearly the only option to make space develop upwards. After examining the site seven rounds, we finally established a "surgical" strategy of construction to preserve the integrity of the building with the greatest possibility, putting new volume from the top, combining the ecological farm and restaurant status of the roof, which forms "aerial garden restaurant". At the same time, the top "light gallery" that is combined with LED technology forms a magnificent logo of middle ring at night.
Talking with cities by volume is to form an overall and landmark impression. A unique experience and place stamp is created with narrative content of space. Linking companies with cultures is to create a strong sense of brand value and corporate value. We have tried to combine the above three points on the basis of industry introduction to complete the unification of the old and new buildings and the regeneration of the site.

开发节奏与建造控制
地产类开发往往是快速且富有挑战的:即便在后期施工图阶段,由于成本及 定位的多次调整,材料经历石材——体板—— 涂料——体板——石材等多 轮反复,并要求设计快速回应,甚至当晚开会有意见,次日上午就要求方案 调整出成果,我们也遇到这种情况。即便如此,实施过程中尽可能的做到精 细控制:材料选型、上墙看样、分缝与交接设计经过反复推敲;格栅百叶的 密度与角度通过实体模型的制作确定比例;深度制作立面控制手册;参与景 观、室内、灯光专业设计等。
好的设计资源都是有限的,而建筑师的价值正在于为其赋能; 产品只有在产品线上才有市场活力,又会有真正的价值升级; 价值的核心在于资源与品质,价值创造的核心在于灵感与逻辑。
The Development of Rhythm and Controlling of Construction

The development of real estate is often fast and challenging: even at the later stage of construction drawings, due to multiple adjustments in costs and positioning, the material undergoes many repeated rounds, stone-body board-paint-body boardstone, requiring rapid response of design. Indeed, if there were opinions in the evening meeting, results that are adjusted by plans are required the next morning. We also encountered this situation. Even so, fine control was implemented in the process as far as possible: material selection, sample look on the wall, splitting and handing over design were repeatedly scrutinized; the proportion of the density and angle of the grille determined by the production of the solid model; making the manual of facade control deeply; participating in the professional design of landscape, interior, lighting and so on.
Good resources of design are limited. And the value of architects is empowering them. Products only have market vitality in the line of product and there will be real escalation of value; the core of value lies in resources and quality and the core of creation of value is inspiration and logic.
