whichsaid moiety of the Lands of Ballinahonebeg, consisting of the several parts therein before enumerated,were formerly in the possession of John, Mary, and Elizabeth Oliver, and were then in the actual possession of the said William McWilliams and his under-tenants, and o.re demised for the term of 20 yeam from the 1st November, 1827, and for such farther te1'11ll!118might be oblained by Tirtne of the covenant for renewal therein mentioned, subject to the annual rent of .t:l 6s. li<f. present currency, equivalent to £2 10s. of the late currency, payable half-yearly, on every 1st May a.nd 1st November. Consists of a Tenement and Premises, situate in English street, in the said City of Armagh, and now known as the Albert Hotel, held under lease made by Mary Boyd to the said late William McWilliams bearing date the 22nd September, 1819, and therein described as all that Messnage, Tenement, or Dwelling-house, Offices, and Garden, situate, lying, and being in English street, opposite to where the late Mr. George Parks formerly resided in Armagh aforesaid, and formerly in the possession and enjoyment of John Grieves, bnt then and for a considerable time past in the possession and enjoyment of the said William McWilliams and his under-tenant", for the term of 39 years from the 1st May then last, at the yearly rent of £10 10s. of the late currency, equivalent to £9 13s. I 0d. present currency, payable ha.lf-yeru-ly,on every 1st May and 1st November, with toties qnoties covenant for renewal for the further term of 39 years, as often as a renewal should be obtained of the grand lease under which the demised premises were held from the See of Armagh, on payment of such proportion of all such tine or fines as, by her, said Mary Boyd, her Executors, Administrators, and Assigns, should thereafter be paid to the Lord Primate or his successors, for any future renewal or renewals, as the sum of £10 10s., being the rent reserved, hears to the whole of the rent whieh at the time of the therein recited lease was paid by Joseph Boyd out of all the several tenements, messuages, and houses contained and comprised in the said grand lease under the See of Armagh, and of which the demised premises were part and parcel, and bas been returned by the late which amounted to the sum of £83 sterling. The sum of £1 18s. 1½dWilliam Carroll, formerly Land Agent to the said William McWilliams as the renewal fine payable every three years. In this lease, ont of the demise is excepted and reserved unto the said Mary Boyd, her Executors, Administrators, and Assigns whatsover is excepted and specially reserved to the Archbishop of Armagh and his successors, Archbishops of said See, by the lease under which said Mary Boyd held the demised premises. THE contents of the several Lots, Tithe Rent-charges, Rents, and Annual Fines, as stated in the Rental, have been obtaiped from George Miller, of Armagh, Esquire, the Receiver appointed by the Court of Chancery.over the Property to- be sold, and are to be taken as correct; and the Purchaser is not to be' entitled to compensation should any trifling inaccuracies appear therein, care having been taken to make them as correct as possible. There may be also charges and liabilities under the Drainage Acts, and the amount of which cannot be ascertained ; but the Purchaser shall not be at liberty to object by reason thereof, or to claim compensation therefor.
