Through our custom cutting program, we fillet and portion fish to any specification in our state-ofthe-art, HACCP approved seafood cutting room. Orders are cut from whole fish the day requests come in and are shipped out the next day. Our inventory control is extremely stable, which allows for quick turnover, meaning product is not sitting around.
Ace Endico has a dedicated team of personnel who take great pride in quality control. Our staff has a combined 75+ years’ experience in the seafood industry, with roles including Cutters, Production Manager, Director, and Production.
Most importantly, it is crucial to understand our customer’s complete seafood needs. Specifications on how their fish is processed helps us provide seafood that will exceed all customer expectations.
