Refund Policy

Due to staffing considerations, ACG School Jakarta has a strict refund policy. There is no refund unless the class is cancelled or changed by ACG School Jakarta.

• ACG School Jakarta reserves the right to cancel programmes due to insufficient enrolment.

• ACG School Jakarta reserves the right to change or alter dates and times. If a programme is cancelled by us for whatever reason, there will be a 100% refund and no administration fee.

• There will be no refund for a student who is asked to leave the programme for inappropriate behavior, use of tobacco, drugs or alcohol, non-notification of a serious medical condition, or whose conduct is detrimental to the programme.

• No refund will be made for a student’s late arrival, early vacation or family vacation.

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of ACG School Jakarta.

Form of Refund

• Refund will be processed within 5 (five) working days.

• Refund will be issued via bank transfer.
