Self-Care for Carers
This short course is designed for anyone who is in a caring role for adults or children with a short- or long-term health condition. You will learn how to manage your own self-care while caring for others and find strategies to improve physical and mental wellbeing.

Parent Ambassadors
This is a workshop designed to support you with practical tips and strategies on parenting your child. Boundaries have to be firmer with a SEND child and this is a challenge. You will also be able to meet parents who are in a similar position as yourself.

Once the course has been selected, you will be asked to fill out an enrolment form (non-qualification) or asked to enrol onto an assessment session (qualification).
