1500 C COMPACT TUBE FURNACE 1500°C Compact Tube Furnace (2" O.D.) with Complete Accessories is a CE certified compact high temperature 2" O.D tube furnace using Mullite processing tube and SiC heating elements as heating elements. It can be heated and cooled much faster than Alumina tube furnace. Vacuum sealing assembly is included to connect with 1/4" gas hose. The temperature of tubing furnace is controlled by high precision SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller with accuracy +/-1°C and 30 segments programmable up to 1500°C.
Furnace is made up of Double layer steel casing with two air cooling fans and High purity fibre alumina board chamber for the best energy saving. High quality Mullite processing tube with Max. Working temperature of 1400°C. Two fibrous ceramic tube blocks are included for blocking heat radiation from inside tube. PID automatic control via SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) power control, e.g. current limiting phase angle fired the resistor with 51 steps programmable. Self-tuning and built in protection from over-heated and broken thermal couple. Two precision temperature controllers with PID function and 30 segments programmable. One extra temperature monitor is built in to shut down power when temperature out of control by accident. Double K type thermal couple installed with Temperature accuracy of +/-1°C.
SALIENT FEATURES Ÿ One pair of SS 304 vacuum flange with double high temperature silicone O-
ring is Included. Ÿ Two needle valves with pipe adapter are installed with flange.

Ÿ One Vacuum/ pressure gauges is installed one side flange. Vacuum level can
reach 10-2 torr by quality mechanical vacuum pump and 10-5 torr by molecular pump. Ÿ Top quality SiC heating elements are used in these furnaces. Ÿ Temperature control unit can be separated from furnace, and make moving
at easy. I Ÿ ts PID automatic control via current limiting phase angle fired the resistor, e.g.
SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier). It has a Power control with 30 segments programmable. Ÿ High quality Ni-Cr-Al resistance wire serves as heating element and can be
heated up to 1200°C.

Tube & Flange
High quality Mullite processing tube with Max. working temperature of 1650째C. 2" (50.8mm) O.D x 1.75" (44.5mm) I.D x 30" (762 mm) Length. Stainless vacuum flanges with valves and pressure gauge are included. For fast & better vacuum, suggest you use stainless steel pipe ( click to order at extra cost ) , as wel as digital vacuum gauge. Two fiberous ceramic tube blocks are included for blocking heat radiation from inside tube. (Ceramic blocks must be fully inserted into the furnace chamber before heating)
Fitting Ports
In order to achieve high vacuum, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting with the KF25 adapter, please click underline to order. For supplying high pressure gas, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting with the VCR Face Seal Fitting, please click underline to order.
