THREE ZONE QUARTZ SPLIT TUBE FURNACE 1200OC Three Zones 5" Quartz Split Tube Furnace with Sliding Rail , Flow meters & Vacuum Pump is a CE certified split 5" (O.D) three-zone tube furnace, which can achieve faster heating up to1200째C and create a different thermal gradient by adjust three zone temperature. The furnace includes all accessories for immediate use. It is an excellent furnace for annealing, diffusing and sintering sample in various atmospheres.
Microprocessor-based self-tuning PID control provides excellent control without over shooting and +/- 1 oC accuracy. It is an excellent furnace for annealing, diffusing and sintering sample in various atmospheres. Thermo-couple, Power cord and quartz tube and stainless steel sealing flange with gauge/valve are included for immediate use.
Furnace structure is made up of Double layer steel case with two cooling fan, which ensures low surface temperature. Energy saving high purity fibrous alumina insulation. One flange is supported by sliding rail to make sample loading /unloading easy, and another seal flange is installed with a digital vacuum gauge.
One Double Steps Rotary Vane High Speed Vacuum Pump with Oil is included.Top quality SiC heating elements are used in these furnaces. Temperature control unit can be separated from furnace, and make moving at easy. High quality Ni-Cr-Al resistance wire serves as heating element and can be heated up to 1200째C . This furnace has a Built in protection for over-heated and broken Thermal couple. Gas mixing controls with three floating meters (range: 0-100 ml/min, 0-160 ml/min, 0-250 ml/min) are installed on one cart that allows three types of gases to operate during heating treatment. Two mobile carts are included to allow flange sliding on the table.

SALIENT FEATURES Ÿ Its PID automatic control via current limiting phase angle fired the resistor, e.g. SCR
(Silicon Controlled Rectifier). It has a Power control with 30 segments programmable.
Ÿ Digital programmable control is provided with 30 segments per program. The controller
also includes RS232 communications.
