THREE ZONE TUBE FURNACE QUARTZ TUBE AND HEATING ZONE
Dual Quartz Tubes (5"/4") & Three Zones CVD is a three zone tube furnace with 8.5" O.D quartz tube and 24" long heating zone. Three precision temperature controllers are built in with +/- 1 ÂşC accuracy. It can create various temperature gradient with 24" heating zone or 400 mm long constant temperature zone, and can be used for materials or chemical lab to sinter all types of new materials samples under vacuum or other gases conditions. It is an excellent tool for annealing, diffusing and sintering process.
Heating zone length is 900 mm. Three zones are provided 300 mm + 300 mm + 300mm with a constant temperature zone is 500 mm. Processing Tubes Two High purity Fused Quartz Tubes included. Three K type thermocouples with control accuracy of +/- 1°C and SRC (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) power control. Software for PC control is available as optional.
One pair of flange made of SS304 which seals tightly between tubes by double high temperature O-rings to achieve high vacuum. Center tube is opened to air which allow air blowing to cool furnace faster. The flange is built with water cooling jacket. One KF25 adapter is installed on left flange to connect a vacuum pump. One stainless steel needle valve is installed on right flange. A pair of stainless steel vacuum sealing flange with high temp-resistance silicon O-ring which can achieve the vacuum rate of 10-2 torr via heavy duty mechanical pump.
