PTO Principal’s Coffee Meetings Goals:
• Create opportunities to increase collaboration and communication as part of the golden triangle:
• Engage in dialogue with parents and guardians to improve the educational experience for all students.
• To connect parents and guardians with the common goal of supporting student life, learning, and the vision and mission of ACS Athens.

● Students must be present and on time.
MID-TERM EXAMS: WHAT TO KNOW
● Absences must be accompanied by a doctor’s note (email to skantzosa@acs.gr).
● Students only need to report to school on the days they have exams.
● Lunch is not available for purchase.
● Make-Up Exams from January 22 to January 24 between 1:00 PM and 3:15 PM.
● Mid-Terms count for 20% of the Semester 1 grade.
● Fall Semester grade = Q1 (40%) + Q2 (40%) + Mid-Term (20%).
● Spring Semester grade = Q3 (40%) + Q4 (40%) + Final Exam (20%).
● Final Grade = the average of Semester 1 + Semester 2
