2016 Off-Campus Housing Information Fair The Adult and Commuter Student Services Off-Campus Housing Information Fair is quickly approaching. The fair gives students the opportunity to learn more about off-campus housing communities and off-campus living resources. Over 20 vendors will be at the housing fair, including leasing mangers from the Gather on Southern, The Stratum on Highland, University Crossing, Canterbury Woods, Highlander Properties, Riverset Apartments and more. The representatives will provide information on pricing, lease agreements, floor plans and amenities. Memphis, Light, Gas and Water (MLGW) will also be in attendance to give students tips on how to preserve energy.

“It’s a real opportunity to engage in face to face conversation with leasing mangers regarding your apartment interests and the amenities you desire in an apartment. Take time to browse and pick up information about different apartment units, so you can make a wise decision about where you want to live if you’re planning to live off campus,” Stout said.
