Question: How long is the contract? ANSWER: It is totally up to you how long to keep your vehicle: a week, a month, several months. ANSWER: You will be required to pay an origination fee ranging from $500 to $2,500, it all depends on the vehicle that you pick out. Question: Is this like a car lot where I will end up with a junk car that I don’t want? ANSWER: Absolutely not! We feature nice late model vehicles that you will take pride in driving. YOU pick the vehicle that you want to drive. Plus, all of our vehicles come with a 50,000 mile warranty and oil changes every 3,000 miles! Question: Do you take trade-ins? ANSWER: Yes, if you have a clear title you can trade it in. Question: Is there a mileage restriction? ANSWER: The average American drives 15,000 miles per year. But we have included a 20,000 mile per year allowance at no additional charge. If you drive more than that, we can add extra mileage into your contract for an additional charge. Question: What if I don’t have good credit? ANSWER: We don’t care. We don’t even run your credit! How to Clear a Clogged Drain

Home plumbing systems are designed to handle heavy usage. When everything is working as it should, toilets �ush, showers drain properly, and sink basins empty of water in a snap. But when a clog is present in a system, water can quickly back up. There are various techniques to clear clogged drains. Minor clogs may be cleared without the help of a plumber or even any tools. More signi�cant blockages will require more elbow grease. The �rst step to clearing a clog is to locate the problem. Drainage issues that affect a particular sink or toilet may be isolated to that �xture. Clogs that are present throughout the house may be indicative of a larger problem in the plumbing that is directing waste away from the house and into the sewer system. Sometimes a clog can be freed by pouring boiling hot water or a combination of baking soda and vinegar down the drain. If that doesn’t help, move on to a plunger, advise the experts at This Old House. By creating pressure within the pipes, a plunger can dislodge whatever is causing the backup. If the clog seems to be further down the drain, hair or grime may have become trapped. An auger, often referred to as a “plumber’s snake,” can be inserted into the drain to remove the grime and free up the water �ow. Homeowners without access to an auger can try to �sh the clog out of the drain with a wire hanger. If clogs cannot be alleviated, drain traps may need to be accessed. Those who do not know their way around pipes and wrenches should hire a professional.

Surviving a Home Renovation Homeowners invest large sums into improving their homes to make them more comfortable living spaces or to increase their odds of selling quickly. The Remodeling Futures Program at the Joint Center for Housing Studies of Harvard University predicted U.S. spending on home renovations and repairs to peak at $327 billion in 2017. Whether one is doing a large renovation or a small remodel, life may be turned upside down during the project. Furniture may be moved out of the room, walls may be demolished, water or electricity may be turned off, and appliances may be missing or not hooked up. Home improvements often drum up dust and disarray. Such projects can try the patience of any homeowner, and things may get worse before they get better. Even though remodeling can be taxing, the end result is often worth it. Here’s how to look forward to the silver lining and come out unscathed. Discuss the project before it starts. All family members should be in agreement before the �rst hammer is swung. Decide on as many details as you can ahead of time and have a �rm plan in place. Establish backup choices for tiles or color schemes in case the items you want are out of stock. Trying to make decisions under duress may result in bad choices. Do one project at a time. It’s tempting to want to improve as much as possible at once to maximize motivation and renovation materials. However, having no place in which to escape the mess can elevate stress levels. Do not think about renovating kitchens and bathrooms all at once, or you will not have any working �xtures for tasks like washing up. Have everything in place. Before demolition even begins, have building materials bought and stored, contractors and subcontractors lined up, and see what you can do to minimize the time workers need to spend in your home. But expect delays. In a world where things move at lightning speeds, renovations have not gotten the memo. Home projects take lots of time and will likely take longer if you are doing the work yourself in your free time. Build lots of extra time into the project so you are not disappointed when delays happen Ñ even when you’ve done your best to avoid them. Plan an escape zone Construction environments can be messy, loud, smelly, and a host of other unsavory adjectives. The chaos that ensues when life is turned upside down can be overwhelming, particularly for the person who spends the most time in the home while work is being done. Build escape moments into the plan and make sure everyone else at home is on board. During the real grind of the project, a night or two at a hotel may be a welcome respite.
