Buyer may not combine the Program with any other offer or promotion made by Seller. The Program not be available with USDA/FHA/VA financing, and may be subject to certain lender requirements that restrict the forms of buyer incentives that Seller can provide. The Program is void where prohibited, but only to the extent prohibited.
