Question: How long is the contract?

ANSWER: It is totally up to you how long to keep your vehicle: a week, a month, several months. But if you keep it for 48 months, you get the title and take ownership!

Question: So, I can keep it or give it back?

Answer: Yes. That’s one of the great things about our program, you can turn your vehicle in at any time without penalty you can upgrade to a newer vehicle or just walk away. You will never be “upside down” in a car loan again!

Question: How much is the payment?

ANSWER: It depends on the vehicle that you pick out, but generally our payments range from $185-$300** biweekly. Another great feature of our program is that everything is included in your payment. Unlike a car loan where you have to come out of pocket for your sales tax, license plates, personal property tax, etc. Your only “extra” expense will be your insurance.

Question: What if I don’t have auto insurance?

ANSWER: We work with a number of insurance brokers that will place your insurance on the spot.

Question: Will I have to have a down payment?

ANSWER: You will be required to pay an origination fee ranging from $500 to $2,500, it all depends on the vehicle that you pick out.

Question: Is this like a car lot where I will end up with a junk car that I don’t want?

ANSWER: Absolutely not! We feature nice late model vehicles that you will take pride in driving. YOU pick the vehicle that you want to drive. Plus, all of our vehicles come with a 50,000 mile warranty and oil changes every 3,000 miles!

Question: Do you take trade-ins?

ANSWER: Yes, if you have a clear title you can trade it in.

Question: Is there a mileage restriction?

ANSWER: The average American drives 15,000 miles per year.

But we have included a 20,000 mile per year allowance at no additional charge. If you drive more than that, we can add extra mileage into your contract for an additional charge.

Question: What if I don’t have good credit?

ANSWER: We don’t care. We don’t even run your credit! We understand what has happened in our economy in the past several years, that sometimes bad things happen to good people. All you need to be approved is what is shown in our ad. GUARANTEED! Question: Where is Rent To Own Auto Centers?

Everyday Ways To Help Your Elderly Neighbors Thoughtful men, women and children can give back to their communities in various ways. Coaching youth sports, volunteering with local charities and donating to local food or clothing drives are just a few of the ways you can help make your community a better place.

Another way to give back is to help your elderly neighbors who may not be as independent as they once were. Such men and women may have physical limitations that compromise their ability to perform everyday tasks. People in the prime of their life take their ability to perform such tasks for granted. And while these gestures might seem simple, helping your elderly neighbors with their everyday tasks can have a profound impact on their lives.

• Ask if a neighbor needs anything from the grocery store. Everyone forgets to buy something at the grocery store from time to time. That’s a minor inconvenience to most people, but it can have a much bigger impact on elderly people who have mobility issues. Before taking trips to the grocery store, make it a habit to call an elderly neighbor and ask if he or she needs anything.

• Invite seniors over for dinner or other gatherings. Many seniors deal with social isolation, which occurs when they lack opportunities to interact with other people. Recent data from the Administration on Aging indicates that 35 percent of women over the age of 65 were widows and almost half of women 75 and older live alone. Inviting elderly neighbors who live alone over for dinners, movie nights or game watches once per week is a great way to help them avoid social isolation and give them something to look forward to.

• Help with some weekly chores. Seniors living on �xed incomes may �nd it dif�cult to maintain their homes. Relatively simple tasks like mowing the lawn, taking out the garbage and even vacuuming can be dif�cult for seniors with physical limitations. Pitching in to help with such chores once or twice a week won’t require much time on your part and can have a signi�cant impact on the lives of your aging neighbors.

• Drive seniors to religious services. Attending religious services is important to many seniors, but those who can no longer drive themselves to weekly services may not be attending them as much as they would like. Whether you attend such services or not, offer to drive an elderly neighbor on Sunday mornings (or whenever weekly services are held). Religious services can help seniors stay connected to their faith and their communities, and driving an elderly neighbor to and from houses of worship once per week won’t require a signi�cant commitment of your time.

Helping your elderly neighbors is a great and often simple way to give back to your community.

Prevent Lost Pets With These Simple Tips No pet parent wants their pets to escape the house, car or yard and become lost. But curious pets have a way of getting out on their own, which not even the most watchful pet owners can always prevent.

The American Humane Association estimates that more than 10 million dogs and cats are lost or stolen in the United States every year. One in three pets will become lost at some point during its life. While it is impossible to prevent every situation that may lead to a lost pet, pet owners can take some simple preventative steps to keep pets from becoming lost.

Identify the pet Pets should wear some form of identi�cation, which will differ based on the animal. For example, a dog can wear a collar and a name tag. A homing pigeon or other bird may have a numbered ankle band. Many pet owners choose to microchip their pets. These small devices are implanted under the skin and can be read by a special electronic wand. If you microchip your pet, it is essential to keep your contact information associated with the chip updated.

Track the pet GPS-based devices can be used to locate a pet if it gets out of the house. Much like the tracking devices in phones and watches, small tags can be placed on the pet’s collar and be tracked through an app on the owner’s phone or another device.

Provide a secure space Pets need a secure, supervised area to exercise. Fencing needs to be tall enough to prevent pets from jumping over it. Make sure pets cannot dig under the fence and that fence gates are always latched tightly. Self-latching fence gates can be handy.

Indoors, be sure to close doors promptly when exiting and entering the house. Be mindful of pets trying to escape.

Use a leash or carrier When the pet is taken out of the house, he or she should be leashed or secured in an animal carrier. Many pets have a strong prey instinct and love to chase animals. Keeping pets close by can keep them from getting lost or injured.

Spay and neuter According to the Animal Humane Society, studies indicate that sterilized animals are less likely to roam than unsterilized animals. Many clinics will perform the surgery for a discount; some may even do it free.

Obedience training and keeping a watchful eye on pets also can prevent them from getting lost.
