ANSWER: It is totally up to you how long to keep your vehicle: a week, a month, several months. But if you keep it for 48 months, you get the title and take ownership!

Question: So, I can keep it or give it back?

Answer: Yes. That’s one of the great things about our program, you can turn your vehicle in at any time without penalty you can upgrade to a newer vehicle or just walk away. You will never be “upside down” in a car loan again!

Question: How much is the payment?

ANSWER: It depends on the vehicle that you pick out, but generally our payments range from $185-$300** biweekly. Another great feature of our program is that everything is included in your payment. Unlike a car loan where you have to come out of pocket for your sales tax, license plates, personal property tax, etc. Your only “extra” expense will be your insurance.

Question: What if I don’t have auto insurance?

ANSWER: We work with a number of insurance brokers that will place your insurance on the spot.

Question: Will I have to have a down payment?

ANSWER: You will be required to pay an origination fee ranging from $500 to $2,500, it all depends on the vehicle that you pick out.

Question: Is this like a car lot where I will end up with a junk car that I don’t want?

ANSWER: Absolutely not! We feature nice late model vehicles that you will take pride in driving. YOU pick the vehicle that you want to drive. Plus, all of our vehicles come with a 50,000 mile warranty and oil changes every 3,000 miles!

Question: Do you take trade-ins?

ANSWER: Yes, if you have a clear title you can trade it in.

Question: Is there a mileage restriction?

ANSWER: The average American drives 15,000 miles per year.

But we have included a 20,000 mile per year allowance at no additional charge. If you drive more than that, we can add extra mileage into your contract for an additional charge.

Question: What if I don’t have good credit?

A Tasty Take On Turkey Just In Time For Thanksgiving Perhaps no day is more synonymous with a certain dish than Thanksgiving is with turkey. As tasty as turkey can be, this ďż˝avorful fowl doesnâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t ďż˝nd its way onto many familiesâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; dinner tables unless itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s Thanksgiving day.

Secret family turkey recipes may reign supreme in some households, but holiday hosts with no such resources can consider this unique recipe for â&#x20AC;&#x153;Holiday Turkeyâ&#x20AC;? from Andrew Schlossâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; â&#x20AC;&#x153;Cooking Slowâ&#x20AC;? (Chronicle Books). By slow cooking the turkey, cooks can ensure itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s evenly cooked Holiday Turkey Makes 15 servings 1 fresh turkey, about 15 pounds, preferably free-range 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 quart apple cider 2 teaspoons dried poultry seasoning Coarse sea salt and freshly ground black pepper Remove the giblets from the turkey and discard (or save for another use). Rinse the turkey inside and out and pat dry with paper towels. Rub it all over with salt and pepper. Refrigerate, uncovered, for at least 12 hours and up to 24 hours. During that time, the surface of the turkey will become visibly dry and the skin will tighten; this encourages a nice crisp skin on the ďż˝nished bird.

Remove the turkey from the refrigerator 1 hour before you plan to start roasting.

Preheat the oven to 450 F. Put the turkey on a rack set in a large, �ameproof roasting pan. Drizzle the oil over the top.

Roast for 1 hour. Reduce the oven temperature to 175 F. Pour the cider into the roasting pan and sprinkle the poultry seasoning in the liquid. Continue roasting until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of a thigh (but not touching bone) registers to 170 F. Transfer the turkey to a carving board, tent loosely with aluminum foil, and let rest for about 15 minutes (see tip). Meanwhile, skim the fat from the surface of the liquid in the pan. Put the roasting pan over two burners and bring the pan drippings to a boil over high heat. Cook until the juices reduce and thicken slightly, enough to coat a spoon, about 10 minutes. Taste for seasoning.

Carve the turkey and serve with cider pan juices.

Resting tip: Slow-roasted meats need far less resting time (pretty much none) than those that are traditionally roasted. The reason for resting meat that has been roasted at a high temperature is to allow juices that have collected in the cooler center time to migrate back into the dryer (hotter) exterior sections after it comes out of the oven. Because slow-roasted meats are cooked evenly and a temperature that keeps most of the juices in place, a resting period is largely unnecessary. A brief resting time does allow the meat to become a little �rmer as it cools, making it easier to carve.

Avocados also contain beta-carotene, which the human body converts into vitamin A that promotes healthy skin and a strong immune system. â&#x20AC;˘ Avocados can beneďż˝t vision. Avocados contain lutein and zeaxanthin, a pair phytochemicals concentrated in the tissues in the eyes. Lutein and zeaxanthin are believed to block blue light from reaching structures in the retina, thereby reducing a personâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s risk of developing macular degeneration. In fact, studies published in the American Journal of Epidemiology, the American Journal of Ophthalmology and The Archives of Ophthalmology found that diets high in lutein and zeaxanthin are associated with a lower risk of macular degeneration, which the American Macular Degeneration Foundation notes is the leading cause of vision loss in the United States. â&#x20AC;˘ Avocados can promote healthier bones. Because theyâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;re high in vitamin K, a nutrient that is crucial for bone health, avocados may help reduce a personâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s risk of developing osteoporosis, a condition characterized by bones becoming fragile and brittle due to loss of tissue. Vitamin K may help improve the intestinal absorption of calcium. Thatâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s a signiďż˝cant beneďż˝t, as calcium deďż˝ciency has long been associated with a greater risk for osteoporosis. â&#x20AC;˘ Avocados may help ďż˝ght depression. Avocados are loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, which beneďż˝t the body in myriad ways. One of those ways is by helping to reduce the symptoms of depression. Polyunsaturated fats such as omega-3 fatty acids are thought to antagonize inďż˝ammatory cytokines that can contribute to feelings of depression.
