Founded in 1952 by composer Frank Loesser, and orchestrator Don Walker, MTI is a driving force in advancing musical theatre as a vibrant and engaging art form. MTI works directly with the composers, lyricists and book writers of these musicals to provide official scripts, musical materials and dynamic theatrical resources to over 70,000 professional, community and school theatres in the US and in over 60 countries worldwide. MTI is particularly dedicated to educational theatre, and has created special collections to meet the needs of various types of performers and audiences. MTI’s Broadway Junior™ shows are 30- and 60-minute musicals for performance by elementary and middle school-aged performers, while MTI’s School Editions are musicals annotated for performance by high school students. www.mtishows.com

Good Evening! On behalf of the ACT Board of Directors and Artistic Advisory Board, we thank you for being here this evening for our INTO THE WOODS - IN CONCERT GALA! This night is the culmination of dozens of dedicated individuals, working tirelessly to bring you a safe, enjoyable and unforgettable in person event. We thank you for caring so much about the arts and arts education, and are thrilled that you are continuing to help us make this dream a reality. The past year has been especially hard on the theatre community. The team at ACT of CT has managed to creatively continue to produce extraordinary works of theatrical art during these challenging times. It is our honor to support and help put together this evening with the hope that we can raise a substantial amount to keep the theatre open. We would also like to extend our congratulations to tonight’s honorees, First Selectman Rudy Marconi and HamletHub Founder Kerry Anne Decker-Ducey. They have both supported ACT of CT and we are all beyond grateful. This evening will be one to remember! Our creative team has produced a phenomenal production of INTO THE WOODS, using top-notch Broadway talent and designers, that we guarantee will leave you singing and dancing all the way home. Please enjoy the delicious food, desserts and beverages donated by our sponsors, and please bid, bid, bid on the fabulous auction items that have all been generously donated. Have a wonderful evening, and welcome back to ACT of Connecticut!! Kristin Beylouni and Rebecca Baglio Gala Co-Chairs
