Thank you! Thank you for purchasing a ticket to Stephen Schwartz's Snapshots: A Musical Scrapbook created by ACT of CT! Use the table of contents on the next page to jump straight to the section you’re looking for, or start at the beginning and we will walk you through how to watch our performance. This performance is available "on demand" through our streaming parter, Stellar Tickets. This means you can start, stop, or pause Snapshots whenever you want within your 48 hour viewing window!


Helpful tips before you get started! What exactly is Video on Demand?

"Video On Demand" is a catchall term for being able to watch a program whenever works best for you! If you've ever used Netflix, Hulu, or even your DVR, you've watched a "Video on Demand!"

The Stellar App

Search for "Stellar Tickets" on your smart TV, phone, laptop, or tablet and download the app with this logo. This is how you'll watch Snapshots!

Common Terminology Internet Browser When we say Internet browser, we just mean whatever application you use to get on the Internet. Common Internet browsers are Safari, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer. Port A port is the place where a cord gets plugged into, usually found on a phone, tablet, computer, or TV. SmartTV A SmartTV is any TV that has the ability to connect to the Internet. Some TVs have the ability to connect built in to the TV. Some TVs need a separate device (like a fire stick or an Apple TV box) to give them that ability. If you can access Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime on your TV, you most likely have a smart TV! App An app, or application, is a program designed to be used on a phone or tablet. Generally speaking, they're a "mobile version" of a website!

Stream on your computer! 1. Click on the link in the email that you received from support@stellartickets.com (with the subject "Are You Ready? Stephen Schwartz's SNAPSHOTS: A Musical Scrapbook Livestream")

OR 1. Type www.StellarTickets.com into your Internet browser.

2. When prompted, sign in with the email account your tickets were sent to. You may receive an email from stellar prompting you to create an account. Please do this as that is how you'll be able to access your tickets. 3. Be sure that your sound is on and your volume is up! 4. Whenever you're ready, select Snapshots from the "Your Tickets" page and click play on the Stellar Video player!

Stream on your TV using an HDMI cord! The easiest and fastest way to connect your laptop to your TV is by using an HDMI cord. These cords are often used with cable boxes, video game consoles, DVD players, and most other devices used with TVs. An HDMI cord looks like this:

Most TVs and laptops have HDMI ports so you can plug your laptop directly into your TV! How to stream: Click the link in the email you received from support@stellartickets.com (with the subject "Are You Ready? Stephen Schwartz's SNAPSHOTS: A Musical Scrapbook Livestream)

OR 1. Type www.stellartickets.com into your internet browser. 2. When prompted, sign in with the email account your tickets were sent to. You may receive an email from stellar prompting you to create an account. Please do this as that is how you'll be able to access your tickets.

4. Plug one end of your HDMI cord into the HDMI port in your computer. An HDMI port looks like this:

5.Plug the other end of the HDMI cord into your TV. You may have multiple HDMI ports in your TV. You can plug your HDMI cord into any port, however make note of any label or number on your HDMI port. 6.Change the channel (input) to the HDMI channel you’re plugged into (i.e. if you plug into HDMI 2, turn the channel to HDMI2).

7. Click "View Stream" on your computer! 8. Your laptop screen should be displayed on your TV!

Stream on your TV! If you have a Smart TV, its built-in internet browser will probably not support a Stellar stream. In that case, we recommend using another device for your stream or connecting your computer to your TV with an HDMI cable (as mentioned on the previous page). That said,most smart TVs do come with one of 4 different technology types built in (below). Additionally, you may have added one of these 4 devices to your entertainment set up (which you currently use):

Apple

Chromecast

This device also comes in black.

Roku

Amazon Fire TV

Your remote will most likely say “Roku” on the bottom.

Your remote may say “Amazon” or have the Amazon smile logo on the bottom.

Stream on an Apple TV! 1. The Stellar Tickets tvOS app for Apple TV devices can be downloaded from the Apple TV App Store located on the home screen of the Apple TV device. 2. Go to the home screen of your Apple TV and open the App Store. 3. Use your remote to navigate to the magnifying glass at the top of the App Store screen. 4. Use your remote to search for "Stellar Tickets" and download the Stellar Tickets app. a. The Stellar Tickets App looks like this: 5. If prompted, log in to the Stellar website using the same email address as your ticket was purchased under or issued to. 6. Once you have successfully connected your Stellar app on your Apple TV device to your account, you will be able to access your stream content by clicking on the event image.

Stream on a Google Chromecast! Before you begin casting... 1. Connect your mobile device, tablet, or computer to the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast device. Cast from a phone or tablet 1. Download the Google Home app. Then click here. Cast from your computer to your TV 1. Open Google Chrome (your internet browser) and log in to the email account your ticket was sent to. a. Google Chrome looks like this: 2. Click the streaming link in your email from support@stellartickets.com or go to www.stellartickets.com on your laptop or computer and login with the email your ticket was sent to. 3. Right click anywhere on the page and select “Cast” from the dropdown menu. 4. If your computer screen doesn’t automatically appear on your TV, click the arrow next to “Cast to…” at the top of your screen and select your Chromecast or Smart TV. 5. Click on Snapshots and you're good to go!

Stream on a Roku TV! 1. If your Roku device is connected to your online Roku account you can

download the Stellar app here: Stellar Roku Channel 2. If your Roku device is not connected to your online Roku account you

can download the Stellar app by searching for Stellar directly on your Roku and then choosing the Stellar channel to download. a. The Stellar App looks like this: 3. After adding the Stellar channel you can connect access your account

by logging into the email address your ticket was sent to. 4. Once you have successfully connected your Stellar app on your Roku

device to your account, you will be able to access your stream content by clicking on the event image.

Stream on an Amazon Fire TV! 1. The Stellar Tickets Fire TV app for Fire TV devices can be downloaded from the Amazon app store here: Stellar Tickets Fire TV App 2. After downloading the Stellar app you can connect access your account by signing in to the email your ticket was sent to. a. To so this, select "Sign In with Google." b. You will then be sent an email from Stellar that includes a link to "Log In to Stellar." c. Click that link and you are signed in! 3. Once you have successfully connected your Stellar app on your FireStick device to your account, you will be able to access your stream content by clicking on the event image.
