Entry and other instructions contained within promotional material form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Entry is open to residents of Western Australia only. To be eligible, the competition entrant(s) must be person(s) who;

Have fully liked the competition Facebook post, commented their best family friendly caption and tagged 2 friends.

Only one entry will be allowed per person, multiple comments will not be accepted. Entry is not open to employees of ACTON Rockingham and their immediate families.

The competition period starts at 10:00am Saturday the 1st December 2018 and finishes at 10am on Thursday 20th December 2018.

There is one (1) major prizes; Christmas hampers with assorted chocolate, confectionary goods & household items. (*Prize may contain traces of nuts, dairy and allergens.)

The winner of the prize will be drawn at random at 10am (WST) on Thursday 20th December 2018 at the office of ACTON Rockingham, 4/1 Commodore Drive, Rockingham and announced on the Lee Murray ACTON Real Estate Facebook page asap after the draw. Entrants must be able to collect the prize from the above stated address to be eligible.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or total. The prize is to be taken and accepted as stated. Any additional requirements are at the cost of the prize winner(s).
