5 TIPS TO HELP YOU FIND YOUR IDEAL PROPERT Y 1. LOOK AT YOUR FINANCES The first step is to consider your finances, particularly when working out how much you can afford to pay for your dream home. Put yourself ahead of the game by speaking to a financial advisor, and while not always necessary, consider obtaining pre-approval for a home loan.
