Lee Murray ACTON Rockingham, 2018 Father’s Day Facebook Competition TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.

Entry and other instructions contained within promotional material form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Entry is open to residents of Perth Only. To be eligible, the competition entrant(s) must be a person(s) Who;

Have fully liked the competition Facebook post, Liked the Facebook page & tagged 3 father figures

4.

Only one entry will be allowed per person, multiple comments will not be accepted. Entry is not open to employees of ACTON Rockingham and their immediate families.

5.

The competition Period starts at 4:00pm Friday the 17th August 2018 and finishes at 12pm on Thursday 30th August 2018

6.

There is one (1) major prizes; Father’s Day hamper with assorted chocolate and home goods. (*Prize may contain traces of nuts, dairy and allergens.)

7.

The winner of the prize will be drawn at random at 12pm (WST) on Thursday 30th August 2018 at the office of ACTON Rockingham, Unit 4/1 Commodore Drive, Rockingham and announced on the Lee Murray ACTON Real Estate Facebook page asap after the draw.

8.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or total. The prize is to be taken and accepted as stated. Any additional requirements are at the cost of the prize winner(s).

Rockingham Real Estate Pty Ltd, ACTON Rockingham, their affiliates, sponsors or representatives absolve themselves of any and all liability, financial or resultant arising out of, or in connection with, any contest staged by ACTON Rockingham.

All contestants release from and indemnify Rockingham Real Estate Pty Ltd ACN 112 457 753, ACTON Rockingham against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of the prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to ACTON ROCKINGHAM Father’s Day Facebook Competition TC 2 property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

Rockingham Real Estate Pty Ltd ACN 112 457 753 and ACTON Rockingham accept no responsibility for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property arising out of or in conjunction with the competition either during or after the competition.

Employees of ACTON Rockingham Pty Ltd ACN 112 457 753 and ACTON Rockingham, their agencies or immediate family are ineligible for entry.

13.

The promoter’s, Rockingham Real Estate Pty Ltd ACN 112 457 753 trading as ACTON Rockingham, decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

14.

It is a condition of entry that the winner(s) agree to have his, her or their agent’s picture, name and suburb published for publicity purposes, if required, by the promoter.
