Self-employment can be a practical alternative to traditional employment for many people. If you are entrepreneurial, like the idea of being your own boss, or think you have a possible service or product, self-employment may be an option for you through Employment ACTion. We can assist you to complete a business plan for your product or service including developing a strategy for operations, equipment, marketing, sales and other elements needed to run your business. We will also connect you to smallbusiness/entrepreneurship resources in the community and provide in-house opportunities for networking and skillbuilding. To qualify for self-employment you must have a practical business idea that you are committed to developing.
