The health and wellbeing of staff is hugely important to us, as an organisation. So, we’re happy to announce that the new Staff Health & Wellbeing Strategy is now available!

Many of us will struggle with mentalhealth issues at some point in our lives and we want every single member of staff to feel fully supported, through both the good and bad days. We’ve been busy working behind the scenes on how to best offer support.

Using the results of the Staff Wellbeing Survey carried out at the end of last year, as well as time spent in various meetings and focus groups, we’ve used your feedback to help shape and create the Staff Health & Wellbeing Strategy. Containing lots of useful information, the strategy also features variouswellbeing initiatives and highlights our overarching goals for staff wellbeing, as well as how we’ll measure their success.

You can expect to see some exciting developments over the next few months regarding staff health and wellbeing. Free health checks for staff have already started and we’ve trained hundreds of Mental Health First Aiders (MHFA).
