REI Downhill Ski Engagement Advertising The REI ski-season promotion will convince downhill ski athletes between the ages of six and thirty years old that REI provides expert service that cannot be found at exclusive mom & pop ski shops. To accomplish this, REI downhill ski experts visit a few of the best downhill ski resorts in the Rocky Mountains bringing games, contests, and presentations to connect all types of skiers, from the pros to the beginners in celebrating downhill skiing. Three of the most popular types of downhill skiing will be primarily discussed: telemark, alpine, Figure  1 and freestyle. Booths to represent each type through videos, posters, (Figure 1), product examples and an REI expert help to make discovering more about how your ski equipment could best fit your skiing needs fun and easy to understand. Catalogs and sales personnel will also be available to those who desire to purchase REI ski products.
