Make a button knot first: ①make a loop at the left over the cord on the left with the end of loop side passing over as you rotate it and then turn upward the loop. ②pass the left strand under the right end, over the left loop and under itself to shape a loop at the right. ③pass the right strand over the left one, and up through the center space. ④ turn to the left side, counterclockwise wrap it under right end, over upper right strand and up through the center space.

2. Thread the button knot to a scroll through the hole in the middle.

3. Tie up the knot.

Step 2: the end of button knot Take the button knot out of the scroll; cut off the redundant cord and glue the two ends. Lay a cord in a door shape; bring the two ends up with the right one over the left one. Press the cross; slide the cord up to make each loop on both sides.

Step 3: go on braiding Bring the left cord down through the loop on the left. Thread it to the right loop and tie slightly.

Thread through the loop once again.

Step 4: make a sliding knot 1. Cut the redundant cord and glue the ends.

2. String a bead to the middle top of the three black cords.

3. Make a sliding knot to fix the bead: ①lay the cords wrapped on a flat desk. Place the working end (red) over, secure one end of it.

Fold another end to left about 5cm beyond the area you want to wrap. ②take the working end and bring it up and over the black string bundle again and again towards folded position. ③Do wrapping with the working end continually. ④When making the knot in a right size, lead the working end through the loop (folded position). ⑤Pull the secured end inside the knot for more secure.

Step 5: string the knot to the black cords Slide the black cords to fill the hollow places of the red knot you have made; add three beads to the middle of the knot in a row. Slide the knot to the upper place and make single knots to fix.

Step 6: the ending work Make several button knots in the way as above said. Thread the button knots flowers to each black cord. You can add as many knot flowers as you like. Make single knots in the end to fix the flowers.
